About me

I'm Jordan.

I'm a strategist who writes the code. Before any of that, I co-founded a liquor retail and wholesale business and grew it to $10M a year. So when we talk about revenue, margins and what actually moves a business, I've been on your side of the table.

Now I build websites, automation and marketing for businesses that want to grow on purpose. There's no account manager and no hand-off. You tell me the goal, I come back with a plan, and then I build it.

How I got here

Fifteen years, mostly on the other side of the counter.

Kegs Wine & More

Started on the sales floor

I didn't begin in marketing. I began as a founder. I co-founded Kegs Wine & More and grew it from an empty lease into a retail, wholesale and delivery operation. I built the website, ran the floor, wrote the ads, and answered for every dollar. That's still how I look at every project.

The pivot

When 2020 shut down wholesale overnight, we had to go digital in weeks. I built the online store, delivery zones, email program and local ads from scratch. Orders started coming in from people we'd never met, because the right message found them at the right moment. That's when I fell in love with this work.

Growth, in the real world

I launched a segmented email program and a membership program, and ran the campaigns, workshops and seasonal events that turned foot traffic into a community.

Going deep for clients

Now I work directly with clients like Zancudo Mezcal, Kegs Unlimited and MasterHR. For Zancudo, that meant flying to the palenque and helping build the roasting pit before writing a word. For MasterHR, it meant weeks inside their culture until the brand voice actually sounded like them.

Training AI systems

I also work on training AI models, testing how they handle real workplace tasks. It's why the automation I build for clients is practical rather than flashy.

How I work

What you can hold me to.

I start with the numbers.
Before any design, I want to know what a customer is worth to you and where they're slipping away.
I build it myself.
The person you talk to is the person writing the code. Nothing gets handed to a junior.
I tell you straight.
If you don't need me for something, I'll say so, even when it costs me the job.
I stick around.
Launch is the start. I keep measuring, and keep improving what's working.

Project inquiry

Let's talk about what you're building.

Bring me the messy version: half-formed idea, tired website, campaign that stopped working. I'll tell you straight what I'd do about it.

I read every one myself and reply within a couple of days, even when the answer is "you don't need me for this."
