Who's responsible

J. Paul Studio is run by Jordan Hammermeister. If you have a question about your information, email jordan@jpaul.studio.

What I collect

Only what you type into the forms on this site: your business name, your town, what you do or what you need help with, your email, your phone number if you give it, and your current website if you have one.

Nothing is collected until you press send.

Why I collect it

To reply to you, to build the free draft you asked for, or to put together a plan for your project.

I don't sell your information, share it for anyone else's marketing, or add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one.

Where it goes

Form submissions are handled by Formspree, which delivers them to my inbox and keeps a copy on its servers for a limited time. My email runs on Google Workspace. Both are established services with their own privacy commitments, and both may store data outside Canada, including in the United States.

Visit statistics

The site's hosting records basic visit statistics, such as which pages were viewed, the type of device and the country a visit came from. I use them to see what's working, not to identify anyone.

There are no advertising pixels on this site. If I add one, for example to run ads, I'll update this page first.

How long I keep it

For as long as we're talking or working together, and for normal business records after that. If we don't end up working together, I don't keep your inquiry longer than I need it.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email jordan@jpaul.studio and I'll take care of it within 30 days.

If you're not satisfied with how I've handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
